  1. Confirmation that notice has been sent to all Members and that a quorum is present
  2. Review and approve minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting
  3. Review and approve the September 30, 2020 financial statements
  4. Appoint auditors for the September 30, 2021 fiscal year-end
  5. Receive the Annual Report
  6. Elect directors for the ensuing year
  7. Appoint officers for the ensuing year, available positions:
    1. (1) Co-President (2-year term)
    2. (2) Co-Vice President (Leagues and Tournaments) (2 year term)
    3. (1) Co-Vice President (Fees and Membership) (2 year term)
    4. Coaching Commission Chair (2 year term)
    5. Secretary (2 year term)
  8. Any other business
